TMBA’s 2026 VAMPAC Contributors

The mission of VAMPAC is to educate the members of the Virginia General Assembly on issues relating to the real estate finance and housing industries. Emphasis is placed on those legislators whose committee assignments have the greatest impact on the mortgage banking industry.

VAMPAC is supported by contributions from interested mortgage bankers and real estate finance professionals. Some of these funds are then used as political contributions to Virginia legislators. Additionally, lobbyists are employed to gain the empathy and understanding of the State’s legislators on issues of interest to our industry.

Since its inception in 1993, VAMPAC has had a positive influence on strengthening the position of mortgage banking in Virginia. The continuing viability of VAMPAC ensures legislation that enables optimum efficiencies for the real estate finance industry in Virginia..
